Hurricane Ian insurance claims now exceeding $24B

 a view of a city

Hurricane Ian Insurance Claims now Exceeding $24B (and growing to an estimated $41- $70B - Forbes). Does not include figures for large national mutual companies such as State Farm.

Uninsured Flood Losses could top $10B.

Is Your Business Insured properly?

Commercial insurance policies may exclude wind/hail (hurricane) coverage. Flood is typically always excluded and requires a separate flood policy.

Hurricane Ian devastated the state of Florida in the final days of September this year, making landfall on the west coast just shy of a category 5 storm.

The world has mostly moved on from this tragedy, but many are still struggling to find a way to put their lives together … if they ever will.
